thank you

Thank you to Aida for hosting the party and all her hard work. Thank you to Diana, Natasia, Virginia, Magalie, for all their hard work. Thanks to everyone else who helped out.

Thank you to all the people who came to William's belated big birthday party (we had a family one on the day). Thank you for all the presents for William, for the boys! We opened the moonsand, and brought play dough stuff for everyone to play. Natasia organized some games. We had a pinata and cake.

We had William's classmates come, kids from his gymnastics class, and family! It was a lovely festive gathering. Everyone seemed to have fun.

Towards the end, the sun was hitting the clouds, and for me it was a beautiful moment, in the gloaming. All the people gathering, I felt the fruits of the hard work (and I did relatively nothing compared to others).

I felt already spent, but I got out the remote control Speed Racer, that was finally charged after 4 hours of charging, and worked to make people share and not just take the remote. Lots of begging and pleading, and resistance to sharing. Andres got it first and he shared quite nice. But he didn't handle not getting it back so well. I got to go home with him, and he fell asleep. Quite a long day. Diana got to sleep in, but all the sturm und drang woke her. She says she's tired. We have Seth's party today.
