update

Change: It's officially spring last Wednesday. Our sink finally works on Tuesday. Just a few minor details, it's fully operational now. Diana got a new battery for her phone. We got a new remote to fix our old one. I got a new job, I start April 16th.

Andrew seems to have gotten the cold that had William's nose running yesterday. Diana and I went to see Pan's Labyrinth. Daniella brought over Mia and David, and she baby sat for us.

William says, "Andrew pushed me," to new people. It's shocking news which often provokes a reaction.

We went to Evan's 6th birthday party. He's a cute kid, who's really grown up since I last saw him. Same for his sister Ava. Evan was kind to share all his Thomas the Tank Engines with William.

Odds and ends: We watched Peter Pan on the ride home. We watched it again the next day, to finish. William weighs 40 lbs. and Andrew weighs 25.5 lbs. according to our home scale. Still no haircuts. I got one though, couldn't hold out any longer. It was 7 months.

Most mornings William says, "I want to watch Rainbow Fish," It's a lovely video based on the book. It's got a lovely song about sharing of yourself. Then there's a story about dinosaurs and courage. He was like that with the potty DVD. He knew I liked it, and it got the TV turned on. Andrew is less interested in TV.

Haven't really had a chance to blog about the interesting articles I read in support of parenting. I think a parenting blog helps me to process some of my thoughts about parenting, but I really have little time for this. I'm thinking of just trying to write once a week.
